All of the outdoor daytime events happening on June 22nd and June 23rd, 2024 at City Centre Artist Lodge, as well as all evening events taking place indoors at Fox Cabaret, Biltmore Cabaret, and Red Gate Arts Society*. The wristband will also give you in and out privileges to all events. *Subject to capacity
The City Centre Artist Lodge occupies the iconic former City Centre Motor Hotel in Mount Pleasant. The building is once again full of energy and life with 79 low-cost, work-only artist spaces that have been filled with intention, prioritizing underrepresented and marginalized individuals. 18,000 sq feet of artist work and exhibition space. 79 private units with over 100 artists participating! CCAL will be the centrepiece for our 2024 Westward Music Festival, with the parking lot acting as the outdoor stage. And yes, the artist studios will be open during the event.
Red Gate, Fox Cabaret, and the Skyline Stage at City Centre Artist Lodge are all accessible. The Biltmore Cabaret is not accessible at this time as there are several stairs leading into the venue. Red Gate Arts Society is open to all ages. All other venues, including City Centre Artist Lodge, are 19+.
No, it does not. Events taking place outdoors at City Centre Artist Lodge will conclude by 9pm to adhere to the community noise bylaw, however our evening programming will continue indoors at Fox Cabaret, Biltmore Cabaret, and Red Gate Arts Society, which are all conveniently located within 5 blocks of CCAL.
